Terms & Conditions

The lead member making the booking must be 21 or over and the villa may only be occupied by those named on the booking form. 

No bookings from groups with an average age of 25. 

We do not accept bookings from agents. Any deposit paid for the purpose of selling on weeks to genuine guests will be lost and the cancellation terms below would not apply.

You may not transfer your booking or any rights and responsibilities under this booking to any other person, without our prior written consent. 

Deposit

A deposit of 35% plus the refundable damage deposit of £150 is required on booking. Once this is accepted, the booking will be confirmed by us.

Final Payment

The final payment covering the full rental fee must be made no later than 6 weeks prior to the rental commencement date. Full payment is required on booking if it is made within 6 weeks of arrival date. 

Method Of Payment

All payments are to be by bank transfer and are accepted once clearance is confirmed. 

No cash payments are accepted at the property.

Cancellation

A full refund of the rental amount received by us is given if cancellation is no later than 6 weeks before the arrival date. Should cancellation occur after the final payment has become due then the rental amount received by us will be lost. We strongly recommend you take out insurance on or before booking to cover any unforeseen events.

In the event of travel bans or force majeur events preventing travel for the dates of your holiday, a full refund of the amount received by us for your rental, or you may alter travel dates of the booking if the Greek government or your countries government will not permit you to travel.

Security Deposit

A damage deposit of £150 is required to cover any loss or damage to villa and its contents both internally and externally. The renter accepts full responsibility for any loss which is not limited to the amount of the deposit. 

The damage deposit is refunded within 14 days after the rental has ended subject to no loss or damage reported.

Occupancy

Occupancy is limited to guests named on the booking form.

Check-in is from 4pm on the first day. The villa must be vacated by 10 am on the final day.

Other

We have a no smoking policy inside the villa. Outside is okay.

The villa is in a peaceful residential area which attracts families. Please respect the neighbours and do not play loud music or make excessive noise, particularly outside.

We love little one's, but please make sure remote controls are in adult hands only (particularly the aircon) because breakdowns happen when treated as a toy, and we cannot guarantee the availability of a technician in peak season.

Owner’s Liability

The owner takes no liability in excess of the rental fee whatsoever, this includes (but is not limited to) losses incurred as a result of flight cancellations, any losses incurred as a result of car hire contracts or lost / damaged personal belongings.

Your booking is made as a consumer for the purpose of a holiday and you acknowledge that we will not be liable for any business losses howsoever suffered or incurred by you.

Travel

The renter is solely responsible for all travel arrangements.

Pets

No pets are permitted at the villa.

Safe

A safe with a combination lock is available for your use. No liability is accepted for any loss from the safe.

Disclaimer

The owner and its managing agents will not accept any liability for any matter beyond their control.
